  • lol yea I hate myspace angle pictures. Anyone who takes vanity pictures at arms length or in the mirror should be shot. So lame.

  • @Nisha - I feel people are getting more and more comfortable with finding dates online. I'm not quite there yet (especially since I have a girlfriend), but you can't deny the successes of Match.com and others.

    Pretty soon, people will be hollaring through Twitter
  • So, that was pretty adorable, but even if you don't have any sexy motivations, one can still take your advice ;) I've made many a platonic, lifelong connection with people (@magsmac is one of them; we went from mere acquaintances to BFFs and coworkers) via Twitter, and your points are sound - it's all about finding that common ground and building from there.

  • Dude, "picking up" a girl has always been sleazy. It suggests that women sit on shelves waiting like dolls. VH1 was just a mortifying mirror to look into.

    Now, getting to KNOW a woman...that's classy and may lead to what you're angling for.
