Instead, I studied possible mount locations in my car (an '07 honda civic). I found a non-used little cubby hole above and behind the floor shift. I tried using the supplied little round disk with adhesive that came with the unit, on the inside of this nook, but I found that in hot weather, it would detach. After measuring the wall of the cubby hole, I went to an arts & crafts store and found a little, flat plastic picture frame for $2 that fit the bill perfectly so I bought it and used the original suction cup mount that came with the unit and attached it to the flat piece of plastic and it works perfectly. When I exit the car, I simply put the entire set-up into my console and there is no evidence of a gps.

Re: Be Cognizant of Craigslist Scammers - My Story of Craigslist Fraud

I have just posted about a dozen ads and I knew something was up when I keep getting the "Is the item still available?" or "Greetings" U r not going to believe this just received a reply from one about him being on a trip and the movers coming to take it, yada yada
I replied and copied your "Ip logged" little blurb up there and replied to him.

Okay, I was nervous that they were just trying to get your email address. i don't know if they have a program that goes through craigslist every hour and grabs the new postings and sends the emails or if they are doing this manually. Figured it's a program that is sending the first response since they all say, "is the item still available" without mentioning the item. Once you respond to them, then they make it detailed. Also, all of these email accounts seem to be coming from @gmail.

Thanks for this site and maybe we should post all the email scammers.
Last one was
Ronald Carr@gmail

Re: GPS Pal Cup Holder Mount

Um . . . We've come a long way with design and functionality since you joined, including a "localtweeps status" feature that's a great way to promote locally relevant tweets, including tweetups. Once you're listed at localtweeps, just include #LT in any tweet and it will be displayed with your listing at the City and ZIP level, making it easy for other tweeps near you to find out about it.

We've got over 50 tweeps listed in St. Petersburg http://localtweeps.com/state/FL/Saint_Petersburg/ and really appreciate your help spreading the word. Please take another look at localtweeps, try out the #LT feature and tweet it if you like it. Local matters. Thanks!

Zack Steven
Co-founder and CEO
Localtweeps

Re: Company Names with TWISTED Website URL’s!
